Unionville, located in the north-western part of the state is located in a small hamlet in Pershing County, Nevada. It is east off of Highway 40 and south of Mill City. It is a tiny town of about 20 people. Currently, Unionville consists of 1 business, a tourist inn and a few small houses.

Currently, Unionville is considered a ghost town. Some abandoned buildings such as Twain's cabin and a one-room schoolhouse are still standing in Unionville, abandoned. Unfortunately, there are no efforts being made to preserve these buildings. To the north of the town's limits is a cemetery that is still used for occasional burials.

This old mining town is reputedly haunted throughout by the ghosts and spirits of the 1870's-1880's who lived and worked here.
